Business Development Managers - Media Sales

We represent leading Media Groups on the search for Accomplished and Results driven Sales Managers who can sell Advertising solutions across print, digital and event platforms.  Positions are vacant within Legal Media Businesses as well as Consumer/Lifestyle Media Groups.

Duties:  

  • Proactively develop and maintain existing relationships with relevant decision makers in the region
  • Use your knowledge and understanding to provide customer feedback and market intelligence to the publishing and editorial teams in order to develop better products and content
  • Provide weekly sales reports updating on the progress of sales and any risks to personal and business-wide targets and forecasts
  • Proactively selling advertising and subscription based solutions.

      

Requirements:

  • Degree holder and related media sales experience in Asia 
  • A good track record selling media/advertising solutions
  • Confidence dealing with senior executives within the professional or lifestyle industries
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are desirable)
  • Resilient, results driven and confident in meeting/exceeding targets
  • Pro-active, goal-orientated and able to use own initiative
  • Organizational skills; must be a motivated quick learner able to multi-task and prioritize a busy workload. 
  • Experience of MS Office and a willingness to learn new systems are a must.
  • Willing to travel as required.
